Jeff has lived in Cape Coral for the past 20 years. He is a true Floridian, having lived in Florida his entire life. Jeff spent six years with the United States Coast Guard. Those years in the service taught him the importance of responsibility, dedication, and the satisfaction of a job well done. Jeff applies this belief in his real estate career. He received his real estate license in 1989 and has been a top producer for the past 15 years. Jeff’s focus is on resales, vacant land, and new home sales. In 1999 he partnered with Gary Aubuchon to establish Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, Inc. The realty group now consists of approximately 45 realtors. Jeff’s longevity in the real estate profession, his work ethic, knowledge of the business, the community and southwest Florida give him a keen insight and advantage in his career. Jeff’s reputation as a hardworking, honest, and knowledgeable realtor speaks for itself. Jeff actively participates in the community and serves on various committees. He currently is on the Board of Directors of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors. Jeff is a member of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association, a member of the Building Industry Association and a member of the Southwest Florida Marketing Council. Jeff is also a member of Who’s Who In Luxury Real Estate and The Institute for Luxury Homes Marketing.

In his spare time, Jeff lives the Florida Lifestyle with boating, fishing and enjoying time spent on the water. Another day in Paradise brings relaxation on the boat, the lure of that record size fish and the tranquility of Gulf waters. Jeff lives, works and plays here.
